No. The cleaning service is specifically Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning for vacant properties before move-in or after move-out. It is built around getting the property ready for the next occupant, not recurring weekly housekeeping.

No. They are included in the standard Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning scope. Interior windows are optional and can be added in the calculator.

A flexible property make-ready service where you choose the mix of cleaning, handyman, room painting or touch-up time and carpet cleaning the property needs. When Handyman is included, the combined project is kept within the handyman project limit. Small job debris removal is included.

Cleaning and carpet estimates use the selected rooms and add-ons. Handyman estimates use typical task times. Photos, condition and access can affect the final price; Alex confirms it before work begins.

Yes. If the project contains only Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning, the calculator can go above $999. The $999 combined-project limit turns on when Handyman work is included.

In Make-Ready, handyman work is $60 per hour from the first hour, whether selected by itself or with cleaning or carpet care. A visit booked through the separate Handyman service is $120 for the first hour and $60 for each additional hour.

Home repairs and maintenance, TV and wall mounting, furniture assembly, eligible minor electrical replacements, painting for one or two rooms and touch-ups, and small carpentry and flooring. See the service categories for details.

Alex includes small job debris removal — light packaging, small bags / boxes and minor leftover debris from the job.

Yes. Carpet Cleaning is a standalone service with its own room / hallway / stairs calculator and can also be selected inside the Make-Ready scope.
