Before you book
A few useful answers.
Do I need to choose all three services?
No. Choose the cleaning, carpet and handyman work the property actually needs. Alex reviews your selections and confirms the scope.
Is Make-Ready a fixed $999 package?
The estimate comes from your selected services. If cleaning or carpet is combined with handyman and the undiscounted total exceeds $999, Make-Ready applies only the discount needed to bring the estimate to $999, up to 20% of handyman labor. If 20% is not enough, the extra selection cannot be added online. Materials and other project costs are confirmed separately and also count toward the final project limit. Cleaning and carpet work without handyman may exceed $999.
Can you paint a room as part of Make-Ready?
Room painting and smaller paint work can be reviewed as part of the handyman scope. Room sizes, preparation, paint and all other costs determine what fits within the accepted project limit.
What photographs will I receive?
Before-and-after photos cover the selected work and visible condition. They help document the job for your property records. They do not guarantee a deposit decision or a legal outcome.
Is junk removal included?
Alex takes away small packaging and debris created during the agreed work. Furniture, appliances, large loads and unrelated household junk are not included.
Is sending a request a confirmed booking?
No. Alex first reviews the scope and preferred date with you. The work, price and appointment must be confirmed.
